Serenity Bead Shop Class Policies
Classes MUST be paid for within 24hrs of receiving your invoice or your spot will be cancelled.
All classes must be paid for IN ADVANCE, NO exceptions!
Several of our instructors travel considerable distance, and as a result may have set a minimum amount of students necessary for a class to take place. If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the class. We will notify you at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and refunds will be made. The instructors set the maximum capacity for classes, which typically ranges from 8-10 people per class. If the maximum capacity has been reached we will happily place you on a waiting list.
We ask that you please arrive 20-30 minutes before your class starts in order to pick out and pay for any necessary materials. Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time so your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

We require no less than 48 hours notice for cancellation of a class. Any cancellations made after that time period will not receive a refund of their class fee unless there are extreme circumstances. Those who abuse this policy WILL NOT receive a refund. No shows will not receive a refund, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Our instructors put a lot of time, hard work and care into setting up these classes for you and deserve to be paid for their efforts. There might be a waiting list for your class so if you need to cancel please notify us as soon as possible so that we may contact others interested.
If a class must be canceled due to extreme weather or teacher illness we will notify when the class will be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend the new date we will gladly refund your class fee.
